Pursuant to the Local Government Code of 1991, the Provincial Office for Agricultural Services is mandated to provide technical assistance, training, and extension services to farmers and fisherfolk across the province. We help transfer appropriate farming technologies, manage demonstration farms and nurseries, and assist in organizing farmers' and fisherfolk's cooperatives and associations.
